You would use an alt in a passively tanked Drake or two, placed in system days before the actual event... there's not much you can do to defend against this. THe drake can take so much punishment. If you pull a sizeable amount of your camping flee...

I really don't like the way nanofiber plates are heavier than rolled tungsten. It used to be the case that rolled tungsten and a couple of others added more HP than nanofiber, but nanofiber had a lower speed penalty (5% versus 10%). :/

Space in the datacentre where the Eve cluster is located is extremely tight these days - I wouldn't be surprised if this was a main reason for their inability to simply add more servers into the cluster (which to be honest, would be pretty easy).....
